A broad daily multivitamin we recommend around procedures and through a course of hair treatment. Wound healing and hair growth both draw on the same micronutrients, and a good number of our patients turn out to be short on more than one.

One tablet daily with food. If you are having a transplant, start it in the weeks before and keep going through recovery.

This is baseline cover, not a treatment. A multivitamin will not regrow a receding hairline and will not substitute for minoxidil, PRP, PRGF or surgery. Where it earns its place is in closing small gaps so that the treatments you are paying for are not being held back by something as ordinary as low vitamin D.

Do not double up with other supplements containing the same vitamins without asking us — fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K accumulate, and more is not better. Tell us what else you are taking at your consultation. If you are pregnant, take a multivitamin formulated for pregnancy instead, on your obstetrician's advice.
