What to share in your first message

A short note with any of the following lets the surgeon give you a more useful first reply:

  • Area of concern — crown, hairline, temples, beard, eyebrows, or general thinning
  • Norwood grade if you know it (don’t worry if you don’t)
  • Any previous treatments — minoxidil, finasteride, PRP, or earlier transplant
  • Photos if you’re comfortable sharing them — front, top, and back of the scalp

Frequently asked questions

How much does a hair transplant cost in Peshawar?
Standard FUE hair transplant at our Peshawar clinic ranges PKR 120,000–150,000 depending on graft count and donor area. The ultra-high-density Chinese method runs PKR 140,000–180,000. Most cases are completed in a single session. If you are exploring less invasive options first, PRP starts at PKR 5,000 per session and PRGF at PKR 8,000 per session.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — the first consultation is genuinely free, whether you come in person or speak with the surgeon over WhatsApp video. It includes a scalp assessment, a Norwood-grade estimate, an honest review of whether you are a candidate, and a written quote you can take home.
Am I a candidate for a hair transplant?
Candidacy depends on Norwood grade, donor density at the back and sides of the scalp, age, and what you realistically expect from the result. We will not recommend surgery if PRP, medical therapy, or simply waiting is the better call. The surgeon assesses this in person before any procedure is booked.
How long is recovery after a hair transplant?
Most patients return to desk work within 3–5 days. Visible redness in the recipient area settles over 7–10 days, scabs fall off in week two, and shock loss is normal between weeks 3–8. New growth starts at 3–4 months. Full result is judged at 12 months.
Is a hair transplant permanent?
Yes. Follicles are taken from the genetically resistant donor area at the back and sides of the head, which is not affected by androgenetic alopecia. Transplanted follicles keep their original donor-area behaviour and continue to grow for life. Existing non-transplanted hair can still thin, which is why we sometimes recommend ongoing PRP or medical therapy.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we can arrange split payments and short instalment plans for hair transplant cases. Ask the team during your consultation and we will work out a schedule that fits your situation.
