How the clinic started

A practice I built around the work, not the marketing

I opened Hair Renewal Clinic Peshawar after a decade of doing hair transplants inside larger chains, where the surgeon you spoke to at the consultation often was not the one who performed your procedure. That model is fine for selling sessions. It is not the way I wanted to operate. My clinic in Peshawar runs on a small list — a limited number of FUE and Chinese ultra-high-density cases per week, each one planned and performed by me, with PRP, PRGF, exosome, and aesthetics handled in-house. If you are not a candidate yet, I will tell you that at the consultation. If your donor area cannot support what you want, we will talk through a two-stage plan or a non-surgical alternative. The work outlasts the marketing.

What we believe

Three things shape how we run the clinic — and the way you will be treated from your first message.

Doctor-led care

The surgeon does the consultation, draws the hairline, extracts the grafts, and runs your follow-ups. No call-centre intake, no surgical handoff.

Honest candidacy

Not everyone is a candidate today. We will say so — and recommend PRP, PRGF, or medical therapy if that fits your case better than a transplant.

Real specifics, not hype

We will tell you graft count, technique, donor density, Norwood grade, recovery week-by-week, and PKR pricing in writing. No "miracle" claims.

Equipment & safety

Procedures are performed in a dedicated treatment room with sterilised manual FUE punches in the 0.8–0.9 mm range, single-use implanter pens for the Chinese ultra-high-density technique, and clinic-grade lighting and magnification. All single-use consumables are disposed of after each patient. Local anaesthesia is administered by the surgeon. PRP and PRGF preparation uses a closed-system centrifuge with single-use kits. We follow standard infection-control practice for outpatient surgical day-care and keep a written aftercare protocol for every patient.

About the clinic

How can I verify your PMDC registration?
PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) maintains a public register of licensed practitioners at pmdc.pk. Our PMDC numbers will be displayed on the doctors page once confirmed for publication. You are welcome to ask for them at your consultation.
Is the consultation really free? What does it include?
Yes — the first consultation is free with no obligation to book a procedure. It includes a scalp examination under magnification, donor-density check, Norwood grading, a hand-drawn hairline plan, and a written quote in PKR for whichever technique fits your case. If you are not a candidate, we will tell you and discuss alternatives.
Do you offer payment plans?
For hair-transplant procedures we accept payment in two instalments — a booking deposit and the balance on the day of the procedure. Bank transfer, cash, and card are all accepted. For larger treatment plans (combined exosome and transplant packages) please ask at consultation.
Which languages do you speak at the clinic?
Consultations are in English, Urdu, or Pashto. All written paperwork — consent forms, treatment plans, aftercare protocol — is available in English and Urdu.
